What percentage do you charge?
Our standard commission is 30% of gross sale proceeds for a full-service estate sale, which includes all labor, advertising, and post-sale cleanout. Cleanout-only services start at $1,500. We provide a detailed proposal after the initial walkthrough.
Do you handle items that don't sell?
Yes — post-sale cleanout is included in our full-service package. We donate usable items to local charities (you receive tax receipts), recycle where possible, and responsibly dispose of the rest. Nothing is left behind.
Can you work with probate attorneys?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience with probate and trust sales. We provide the detailed inventory reports, accounting, and documentation that courts and attorneys require. We can also attend court hearings as needed.
How do online estate auctions work?
We photograph and catalog every lot, list on multiple platforms, manage live bidding, and coordinate buyer pickups. Auctions typically run 7-10 days and reach a national audience. You receive a detailed settlement within 7 business days of close.
